I went on wiki and looked up who's going to play Azula.
And it says

An African American girl(who name is still unknown) wants to play the role of Azula in the last Airbender sequel. She is born and raised in Philly, she is thirteen years old now.She says that if they start filming the second movie in one or two years she will be the best canidate for the role. She was told they might not have african americans in the movie but she said 'If a dark skinned guy can play zuko a dark skinned girl can play azula. She is not known for acting but she says 'she will be known for Tae Kwon Do Championships. She is studying the art of Tae Kwon Do now and will be ready for the role in one or two years. And she is hoping people will find it in their heart to let her get the job.'

If you think I'm lying go on wiki and look up Azula and you will see it at the top

As an African American I think if another African american is willing to play a villian they should let her do it.

I am one of the people who don't care if the skin color of the movie is different from the cartoon I'm actually glad that the movie isn't the exact replica of the show(it would be no reason to go see the movie(even though I still would) so I'm cheering this girl on.

I'm just happy they are making the freakin movie PEOPLE cheers

well, not to sound racist or anything (really no offence, just voicing out my thoughts...)
zuko and azula are more asian/chinese looking.
katara and sokka should've a darker skin but they got an ex-vampire ("the pale ones"-adapted from twilight...) and (okay i dunch really know the girl) to play them...
so if they can cast people like them to be in the show...
i think that girl could be azula...(and i'll be mai or ty lee then...) -____-'''

omg dont rely on any wikis... on wikipedia, a girl used her wiki privileges to say she was playin toph in the FIRST movie and said "she knows kung fu, and thats pretty cool" ... lol... idiot. XD her name was just a nickname too.. but yea idk.. they bettr notchange azula too... >.<

But It said she WANTS to get the role of Azula not that she ALREADY HAS the role of Azula and if she knows Tae Kwon Do or is learning that good because I also one of the people who want to have good fight scences they should be awesome

I liked the Chinese plastic-tasting candy I got from the reject shop (that made me throw up) for the movie more than I like the movie.

lol, well if you think about it. Goku isn't asian at all. He is actually an alien. So it kinda makes sense that him, out of the main cast be different.

But I still agree the film was very appealing.

When I watched the movie(on the internet I was not going to was my money on that...probably my moms money but not mine) I didn't get past the part when he was standing on the clothing wire before I knew I was going to get annoyed. I didn't even watch all of it If someone was to ask me what happened at the end of the movie they would be a very disappointed mother-hubba if they don't have someone else to ask because they are not going to get an answer from 4everZutara

I think it would be hard for a blind person to actually play as Toph even though she's blind. I don't (and haven't heard of) know any blind person who can feel vibrations in the earth. lol Very Happy

So of course they wouldn't cast an ACTUAL blind person. Smile

..... but if they cast a DUDE to play as Toph.... that's a different story
